Where are you located?

THE LAB CULT is a Canadian company. All T-shirts for our Canadian customers are printed domestically in Ontario.

To better serve our US and Australian customers, we've partnered with reputable print providers in the US.

Do you ship worldwide?

As of now, we only ship to Canada, the US, and Australia, but we're working on getting our goods out to the rest of the world. Please stay tuned!

What are your shirts made of?

Most of our shirts are printed on the Gildan 64000 Softstyle® tee, which we chose for its exceptionally soft feel, smooth print surface, and everyday value. Most colours are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, while heather colours and Sport Grey are cotton-poly blends.

We also offer select Premium designs on the Comfort Colors® 1717 tee. These are heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton shirts with a softer, more lived-in vintage feel from the first wear.

What size should I choose?

Sizing is a variable we've controlled for. Please check the size chart on every product page and follow the instructions to find your best fit.

As a small, family-owned business, we cover the cost of exchanges ourselves. So we’d be really grateful if you took a minute to check the size chart before placing your order! This helps ensure you choose the right size the first time around. Thanks in advance for your understanding. 🙏

Can I cancel my order?

We print each item just for you to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already entered production and cannot be cancelled, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
