We want you to love your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. 

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund--no questions asked.

For all other issues, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@thelabcult.com. A full refund will be issued if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be unused and in their original condition.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
