Cancellations, Refunds + Returns

Cancellations:

As our tees are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If your order has already entered production and cannot be cancelled, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy. Contact us for more info: support@thelabcult.com  

Refunds + Returns:

We want you to love your tee(s). Full refunds will be issued if you are not satisfied with your purchase, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in their original condition. 

In the rare case you receive a misprinted, wrong, or damaged item, let us know and we’ll make it right.

For all issues, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@thelabcult.com. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
