Cancellations:

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour has passed, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us for more information: support@thelabcult.com 

Refunds + Returns:

We want you to love your tee(s). Full refunds will be issued if you are not satisfied with your purchase, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in their original condition. 

In the rare case you receive a misprinted, wrong, or damaged item, let us know and we’ll make it right.

For all issues, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@thelabcult.com. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
