- If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it for free or issue a full refund--no questions asked.
- For all other issues, contact us within 30 days of purchase (support@thelabcult.com). A full refund will be issued if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be unused and in their original condition.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
